The New York City real estate market is one of a kind—so exploring it shouldn’t make you feel like just another face in the crowd. For that reason, Madusha uses a tailored approach when working with clients and focuses on building lasting, authentic relationships – and in turn, his clients are able to confidently achieve their real estate goals.
Madusha’s life in New York City began in 2016, when he moved to the city from his home of Sri Lanka. Before launching his real estate career, he was in the U.S. Navy and worked for Hilton, where he gained relevant experience in hospitality and sales. In 2020 when the pandemic hit, he made the decision to explore the world of real estate and has never looked back.
As an agent, Madusha strives to bring his passion for hospitality to the real estate world, and prioritizes meeting his clients’ needs and ensuring satisfaction above all else. He feels most accomplished when he is able to provide his clients with transparent service and peace of mind throughout every step of the real estate transaction process, whether they are selling, buying, or renting.
Outside of work, Madusha is also an active member of the Navy Reserves. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with friends – especially his Havanese puppy, Fran.
